FREE Voice Recognition With Editing Capability Available in Google Docs

Voice Typing in Google Docs

I happen to be a VOICE RECOGNITION ADDICT!  love talking to my computer and letting it type for me. Seriously, I dictate just about everything; my texts, emails, blog articles, papers, notes, etc. Why? Because it’s SO MUCH FASTER and SO MUCH EASIER.

I just discovered that there is a Voice Recognition Add-On for Google Docs, called ‘Voice Typing’, that enables dictation and editing by using simple verbal commands. That’s pretty impressive considering it’s FREE!

I will be the first to admit dictating to your computer does take some getting use to, but it’s well worth the effort.

Long ago, Bill Gates predicted the keyboard would become obsolete. That’s certainly not the case yet, but VOICE RECOGNITION and TOUCH SCREENS are the future of technology. I would highly encourage you to give it a try. If you do, try it for at least a week. You may not decide to dictate everything, as I do, but I’ll just bet you’ll begin to see the advantages.

Here’s a short video to show you how ‘Voice Typing’ works in a Google Doc. If you decide to give it a try, I would love to hear about your experience. Let me know in the comments below.
